This blend of creative process, recognition of the human element of organizational success, and love of the technical discipline defines his working style.

With a background in Art Education, Educational Technology, Information Technology and Digital Marketing, John has been designing, coordinating and launching websites and digital experiences since the turn of the century, and joined ParsonsTKO in 2021. At Enterprise Community Partners, a national, non-profit affordable housing organization, John helped design, build, launch, and maintain a modern marketing engagement architecture. This interconnected email, web, CRM and data ecosystem enabled Enterprise to identify quickly, grow and segment new audiences for affordable housing development, advocacy, social impact investment and philanthropy. John’s past client work includes AARP, Audi USA, Abbott Pharmaceuticals, Wells Fargo Foundation, Windstream, Virginia Satellite Education Network and Enterprise Green Communities.
Kimberly Rollins is a community, nonprofit, and fundraising leader with almost 20 years of experience. She is mission-motivated and thrives on helping bring together people with causes that improve their communities. Currently, she is an independent development and DEI strategy consultant. She is the former Vice President for Development at Goodwill of Greater Washington. Her diverse portfolio of development experience includes Major Gifts, development management, capital campaign planning, board development, blended giving, and stewardship. Prior to Goodwill, Rollins held in-house roles with Junior Achievement of Greater Washington, George Washington University, and the University of Richmond. Outside of her work, Kimberly can be found helping her community through volunteerism and civic engagement. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Richmond Alumni Association and has previously held volunteer roles with the DC Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Two Rivers Public Charter School, DC Lawyers for Youth, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. Kimberly earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond, and her master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She loves all things DC– and enjoys spending time with her friendship circle, trying new restaurants with her husband, and exploring new parks with their two children.
